Neither Snow nor Ice Stops 9th Annual Christmas in Warren Co. Concert

The 9th Annual Christmas in Warren County Concert was one of our most difficult efforts. We lost our 2 feature acts, due to an injury and weather plus we had the forecast of ice and snow that evening. As it turned out , the bad weather held off until after the concert and we were blessed with a final performance by the Kings HS Sax Quartet ( they are all off to college next year) and the debut of the Cadet Orchestra from the North Cincinnati Youth Orchestra program.
( We have had their Senior Orchestra before and
this year we had BOTH) In addition we had the Woodrow Flute ensemble, the Vivaldi's Dulcimers, Heritage Music and Friends and the Mason United Methodist Youth Choir. We are already planning for next year which will be  our  10th anniversary celebration. Save the date: Dec 7, 2014 7 pm at Mason United Methodist Church. Much more to come.

9TH ANNUAL CONCERT PREPARATION UNDERWAY- INTERNATIONAL THEME
 "EVERYWHERE CHRISTMAS TONIGHT !"

This is one of our most exciting years yet with an international music theme and a variety of diverse musical offerings this year ! We will have the debuts of 2 new groups. SPARTAN STEEL ( Steel Drum Ensemble from Waynesville HS under the direction of Leslie Schleman) and  NotOrious( Mason HS Acappella Choir under the direction of Debra Jones.) This is going to be one great evening as we look forward after an absence to hearing The Vivaldi's dulcimer ensemble again. Also in the concert will be the North Cincinnati Youth Orchestra, The Kings HS Sax Quartet , Heritage Music and Friends and The Mason United Methodist Church Youth Choir . Our 8th Concert was Grand !

It was really hard to put into words the amazing experience we had at CWCC at Mason United Methodist Church, for our 8th Annual Concert. The terrific church coordination by Natalie Woodrow and the great tech group headed up by Harry Bruce made the event go off without a hitch and we were really delighted with the amazing reception which the Mason United Methodist congregation put on after the concert. A special thanks to Pastor and Mrs Dale Lykins who were active participants in CWCC. The groups as usual were super and a big bravo to; St. Francis De Sales Children's Choir, The  Select Mixed Choir and Women's Chorus from Little Miami HS, The North Cincinnati Youth Orchestra, The Natalie Woodrow Studio Flute Ensemble, Heritage Music and Friends , The Blessings Community Bell Choir , The Mason United Methodist Youth Choir and the Kings  HS Sax Ensemble ( who will be seniors this year !) This is going to be an exciting year with music before the concert from the
Mason United Methodist Youth Choir, and after the concert at the reception by the
Kings HS Sax Quartet. These are both great groups which will give a real holiday atmosphere
to the evening! And something "new" for us.
No tickets are required and we have a large church with lots of seats. Come and be a part of this great
Warren County event- our own European music festival- right here- close to home!

Another year has flown by and already we are talking to new groups and old ones and making plans to be at the Mason United Methodist Church in beautiful Mason,OH.
